These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of notarial services provided by Daisy, a commissioned notary public in the State of Florida, doing business as Lakeland Notary Services. By engaging our services, scheduling appointments, or requesting notarization, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

I am commissioned as a notary public by the State of Florida and am authorized to perform notarial acts as defined by Florida Statutes.
I cannot provide legal advice, interpret legal documents, recommend legal actions, or substitute for the advice of an attorney.
For legal advice regarding your documents or situation, you must consult with a qualified, licensed attorney.
My role is limited to verifying your identity, witnessing signatures, and completing notarial certificates as required by law.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in refusal of notarial services. As a notary public, I am required by law to refuse notarization if proper requirements are not met or if I suspect fraud or coercion.

Payment Policy: Payment is due at time of service. Services will not be performed without payment.
Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our notarial services shall not exceed the amount of fees paid for the specific service in question. We maintain Errors & Omissions insurance as required by Florida law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Polk County, Florida.
All notarial acts are performed in accordance with Florida notary laws and regulations.
